Here is this year's nengajo (new year's post card), starring Shuma as this year's juunishi (zodiac animal), the dragon. He may not look particularly dragony but we were busy at the end of the year and didn't have time to create the perfect costume or take the perfect picture. This was as close as we could get to perfect, and that's good enough.

snap! that ikea ball is getting a lot of love in my home too! it means laptops and other fragile items don't get smashed by a thrown wooden block ;)
